EdWorX

Education systems at national scale — quality, access, and ownership that lasts.

EdWorX is the education arm of Altamont Advisory. Ministries, UN education programmes, and foundations retain us when pilots are not enough — when national pathways, teacher systems, curriculum, and education MERL must hold under bandwidth, facilitator, and multi-partner constraints.

Positioning

We design learning ecosystems with the people who must own them. Success is quality that remains when the project team leaves — not workshop volume or platform novelty. Same Implementation Integrity bar as Core Advisory and AI & Digital.

How we work — Implementation Integrity

  1. 01

    Listen for the decision

We start where you are under pressure: what must be decided, funded, or defended. Only then do we reverse-engineer the evidence and constraints. If the decision is unclear, the method is premature — and we say so.

  2. 02

Design for how you actually deliver

Methods fit absorption capacity, political economy, and the operating environment. Global standards (including OECD-DAC where required) held together with local realism — especially in multi-country, multi-partner work.

  3. 03

    Leave the institution stronger

Tools, standards, and learning loops stay with your teams. The test of Implementation Integrity: the system still works when we are no longer in the room.

Selected outcomes leadership can defend

Representative results. Named references available under NDA where approved.

  • National digital skills pathway for education system scale

National pathway cabinet could defend: competencies, facilitator standards, ownership at scale.

  • System-wide teacher professional development model

PD as an institutional cycle: standards, coaching, monitoring that remains after close-out.

  • Institutional learning architecture for multi-country education delivery

Cross-country teams stopped reinventing — knowledge capture and utilisation-focused evidence loops shortened the path from insight to practice.

  • Competency framework and curriculum alignment for skills pathways

Clear progression pathways and assessment standards ready for institutional adoption and labour-market alignment after programme close.
